Established on Jan. 4, 1999, Country Pride Realty celebrates their past 25 years. They have a realty team that goes above and beyond to insure the buyer makes the best investments and gets the property of their dreams. 

Throughout their 25 years they have had 19 realtors total. Currently they have two, Lori Stephan, owner and broker, and Layne Bohm, broker associate. They pride themselves on their open and honest relationships with their clients. They work together, with their clients, towards a common goal of buying or selling their home or property. The Realty understands the immense impact that a good home has on people’s quality of life. Their dedication and service has allowed them to build a strong network of partners, made up of referrals and repeat customers.

Country Pride Realty provides real estate services for the counties of Brown, Shawano, Oconto, Outagamie, Door, Kewaunee, and Marinette. The Realty specializes in buying and selling residential real estate, investments, development property, commercial real estate, new construction, relocation, farms, waterfront property, recreational real estate, and vacation property.
